Our Methodology

We believe in the natural curiosity of children to learn and develop. The basic principle for the language school is the concept “Immersion” - an educational method developed in Canada some 30 years ago and applied in many countries world wide. It uses the innate capacity of children to listen and repeat what they hear and experience in daily life. The school introduces a new language in a positive, attractive way through play, music and typical interactions within groups, through mimic and gestures without direct translation. At a later stage, depending on age, skills like reading and writing are also introduced.

The value of informal education has been recognised by the Ministries of Education of the OECD countries, including Switzerland.
